Kicked no. too much room for abuse. If a guy has done both his attacks and earned loot it should be his no matter what.
Not a point to 'if you leave' not getting it. If there is loot for them to lose then they did their attacks and should be free to do as they please. And a guy that didn't do his attacks yet has nothing coming so he wont care.
The problem will still be for clan leaders to deal with by being smart enough not to get burned. Screen the guys that come in by looking at their stats. Reject anyone that looks like a potential hopper.
War timer is always a big red light too.
Filter off the hoppers by opting them out of first war. The impatient guys with itchy feet will leave that first day and no longer be your problem.

Still no. Its their choice. Just means your clan isn't what they wanted. Its up to you how you manage. I never faced this issue as we never take random unless from forum or someone's friend.
If we do take random after their stats, they sit for one war and then gets in next. We can cover their attack if they leave anyway.

People should have the freedom to leave their clan, and should still recieve the war loot for their efforts on war.

seems like that is just a punishment for using attacks, if they have used their attacks they have done their part, they have the right to the loot, you have the right to not let them back in again

I have three copies of pokemon, one for my Charmander, one for my Squirtle, and one for my second Charmander.
If they use both attacks well and then leave, why do you care? and if they didn't use any attacks and left, they wouldn't have gotten loot anyways.
