More ranks

I need more ranks besides elder and co leader. I need one that doesn't allow them to kick people or accept/reject member requests, but still puts them above new members. Another rank that allowed for only accepting but not kicking would be super helpful too. I want to be able to reward loyalty to my clan, but also have a way to reward real dedication without making them co leader. Please consider this with the next update and help make my and my fellow leader's clan life much easier!! Thank you.

'Member' is already and in game and is exactly what you need. And it is above 'new' so you got what you wanted there too. They don't need to add anything.

Don't use ranks as prizes or rewards. Their purpose is to structure your clan to run well. Anyone that needs to be given something to stay should just be kicked because everytime they get something to stay the cycle starts over where you have to give them something again. If SC added more ranks no matter how many you will still eventually run out of things to give that guy and he will then leave. So they might as well not bother.

If you only keep guys that will stay for no other reason than they like the clan you will have a better clan. And eventually from those guys will emerge the ones that you should hire (giving them a job and making them accountable for doing it) for your management team.

I agree. I have the same problem too. Maybe the rank should be called Super Member. Or the leader could enable and disable what the elders and co leaders is allowed to do.

Personally, I believe that unless clan size is increased there is no need for any more ranks. Simply only promote people to Elder who you trust- if you don't trust them then don't promote them. The game is about progress- not titles.
