I'm looking for some clan mates,I gotta fill up my new clan! ��
It would mean so much to me if anybody is willing to join! ❤️
If I had enough people I would;
•Make sure I wouldn't be strict with my clan mates.
•Wouldn't abuse my power of leadership with others.
•I would not threaten anybody to fight in clan was.
•I'll make sure I've heard any opinions or complaints about any changes to be made or bullying taking place.
•I'll make every player feel comfortable.
•I'll make sure that I have an eye on each player and I'll focus more on their potential and interest towards the clan instead of their performance.For instance,I'll accept if a player fights in war and does good most of the time but sometimes it's hard for him/her and looses some stars.Its alright.But If a player hardly ever performs well,but donates,is
active,talks in clan chat,they can stay.ALTHOUGH,If a player is not active,rarely donates,then some action is to be made.
•Not everyone will get elder/co-leader:So you can feel like you have EARNED this rank through YOUR hard work.
