CAN BE MODIFIED TO BE MORE BALANCED

I think it would be awesome to have personal perks that can be unlocked as you level, possible rewards could be:
- resource boost from collectors
- chance of extra obstacle spawn
- elixir increase from tombstones
- faster healing rate of hero
- speed increase of building troops
- increase of league bonus
- cheaper repair cost of traps
- cheaper reload cost
- cheaper raid cost
Note: iam not asking for a massive increase from these perks but a small percentage that gives levelling a bigger meaning for example.
- Level 20 = 25 elixir tombstone (+5 elixir per tombstone)
- Level 40 = 5% production increase from collectors
- Level 60 = 5% chance of an extra obstacle spawn
etc....
