Hi can someone help me? Im temporarily banned since yesterday. They give me a ticket number to confirm that im the owner. I email them the ticket number and they still not answering my emails. Pls help me.

My ex boyfriend linked it to him and then his using it getting me out of the clan. He used my 500 gems to buy a might statue and he deleted it after. He always opened it when im online. He also put all of my storage outside the walls. Ughhh!!
