on the general feed i asked if max. lvl troops still get boosted by the clan lvl bonus with answers on both sides.
i believe that if they don't they should because it disincentives people to lvl them up as they would no longer gain any bonus from clan lvl. so here's a basic outline of some max. lvl donated troops
barbarian
lvl Dps Hp 8 40 140 9 55 160
archer
lvl Dps Hp 8 30 53 9 40 65
goblin
lvl Dps Hp 7 54 80 8 68 100
You forgot the extra war loot bonus + storage for leveling up. 50% extra war loot is incentive enough to get to those higher levels.

A level 8 wizard just for donations is a bit op. Everyone would be donations them along with lv 8 balloons and level 9 giants, and lv 7 pekkas. This is way to OP to be fair.
that freaking OP lol a witch will summon 6 skeleton at once and 12 max
balloon got a better bonus on each lvl he would have hyper stat
not to forget the looks how each of them will look like after the lvl up
okay maybe a slight change to clan lvls to make it alittle more fair
bouns lvls only count for defending troops
