New upgrading walls system

Hi I'm GoldenCow a town hall 7. I've spent a lot of money on gift cards to upgrade all my walls to level 6 and 7 but its a big pain! I think that walls level 4 and above should be able to be upgraded with elixir and for 3 weeks all wall upgrades are 20%-50% off. It would help a ton for the people who need to upgrade walls but don't have enough and are not good at farming for gold. Please leave feed back and tell me if you agree with this. I'm sure it would help my account and hundreds of other plays who got the amount of gold to upgrade their town hall and forgot to max it out before upgrading,or just people who find it hard to upgrade walls.

1. You can't upgrade with elixir because they tried it, and available elixir went to 0.

2. Why should there be a special discount event for walls? Not fair for those who worked for the full price. And I'm saying this from the perspective of someone who hasn't done it yet.

No one's forcing you to upgrade walls.
It shouldn't be cheapened just for you.

One this is an issue. Not that walls are so expensive but that it's so HARD to find bases with enough gold to make the raid worthwhile. I think it goes without saying that people always attack bases that give them the same or more Elixer back that they used to train troops so they don't lose Elixer. So the problem is that there aren't many bases with enough gold, because lots of people when the get gold Immediately use it on Walls which are SOOOO expensive.

And how how can I make my signature picture longer and more centered, like most people?

I maxed my walls weeks before I maxed my base. Wasn't hard. It takes grinding yeah. But if you're a real gamer; you'll play long sessions

The price of walls is fine, try using in game resources from raiding instead of gift cards its far less painful that way.

Like raiding for gold. Just use a bunch of goblins. Works wonders and isn't inexpensive.

The walls are meant to be hard to upgrade. Instead of keeping the walls for the end, you should upgrade them as you upgrade other stuff.

And seriously, level 7 walls are easy to upgrade if you go 3-4 raids a day. Level 11 collectors can provide you with enough gold to upgrade other stuff.
