I am pretty sure a youtuber has done this before and concluded that after all of the walls are destroyed the wall breakers do nothing. If I am wrong please correct me but this is what I recall!
TH 9 - Farming to Maxed TH 10

This is correct.
You would need to have TH10 maxed wb and attack a TH3 to have any chance wb themselves are really low in dps it's the multiple for walls that does the damage.
Should be possible on some of the early single player maps though
