    24 hour ban

    I recently received a 24 hour ban for what some would call offensive language in clan war. Long story short they typed something in description and I responded with my own little twist. I guess they reported...classy I know.

    This is neither here nor there though. I am posting because I received the ban over 36 hours ago and it still says I am banned and cannot log on. Same message keeps showing up that I have been banned for 1 day. To top it off in order to get in touch with support I need to be able to go into the CoC app! Anyone have any legit suggestions?

    Like people in all the other threads like this have suggested, contact support. The forums can't help you with this problem. Someone at SC forgot to give the monkey a banana...therefore the monkey forgot to hit some switch somewhere. Email support. Tell them to give the darn monkey a banana already.

    In order to contact support you have to be IN the coc app. This is why I am posting here to see if there is a customer email support where I wont get an automated reply that told me to go in the app and request support. Again...just asking to see if anyone had any LEGIT experience with this.

    This is a tactic for mismatched wars to give them an edge. They will lose anyway so they risk a lude clan description to bait you. If you respond they change their descriprion back then report you in the hopes that the best players, typically all coleaders, have to sit the war out. it's an effective strategy but I don't like adding work to support as a war tactic

    My advice is upgrade all troops if you love war..
