Exploit&♥♥♥♥ keep active and auto raid

I logged in to clash of clans and looked at my friend's base (emejlu) and he have been active all the time and keep auto raiding and nobody haven't raid his base, he Said to me that he had bluestack and something about clashbot, i dont know what i should do. Please patch this bot ♥♥♥♥ and ban them.

I Did but nothing happend, he's still using it even he saw this thread and said clash admins doesnt ban bot users. Should i wait for their mail?
