I think the upgrading time is too long so heres my idea ...supercell should do 1 month half off thing like cut down the building and labatory time upgrade I think that would be cool

Also, it isn't 'litterally ruled out', since a 4x boost is actually something Supercell is considering. Read the sticky thread again, and double check which list you are looking at.
