A wizard who rides a storm cloud of electrickery like that found stored in the hidden tesla. Attacks like a balloon would, directly above target with a single lightning bolt, similar to a lightning spell.
Could be immune to damage from hidden teslas, or could make them faster/do more damage when under attack from a tesla.
would be useful to use with lava hounds like an aerial version of giants/golems and wizards, with high damage per second but low hit points and movement speed with no target preference.

You should just call it the nimbus thats strikes lightning into its foes should give like 30 speed lets say 50 dps and 500 health targets air and ground plus training cost 20000 elixir and favorite target is any
