Title says it all. I know th snipers will hate it but with loot penalty on th10, there should be special bonus for th10. Rushers will eventually pay with weak defenses but it will also give them a chance to upgrade those defenses.
More Power to Fair Play
The loot penalty is there to prevent people from rushing the townhall upgrade.. It should continue to be there!!
