    Hay day keeps crashing 😰

    One night I put hay day bak on my iPad and did not do anything to it just let it install. The next morning I wake up and I start it and it starts and finishes the "updating" sequence and starts to full load and crashes. The next time I try it starts to load and crashes on the "connecting" before it gets to after about 1.5 sec after the SUPERCELL logo goes away and the hay day loading screen pops up. Please help I am unable to get on my farm!!! I have an iPad mini fully updated iOS and hay day

    First-I have to say- great avatar!

    Please try the troubleshooting steps listed in this stickied thread and post back your results- many times these will fix problems such as yours.

    I checked the sticky and tried them and the best I can get is "updating" "connecting" updating" "connecting" for endless time and when it reloads it starts crashing again

    Mine keeps crashing too, and I have done the troubleshootin thread!

    Ouch, I'm sorry those steps didnt work-and it's off to support you both go. 

    While in your games:
    Click on the gear shaped cog in the top left of screen
    Click on "Help and Feedback"
    Click on "Report an Issue"
    Then click on "Connection Issue"

    This will generate a email where you describe your problem-and the steps you've already tried (even posting the link to the troubleshooting thread here).

    There will be a portion on the bottom of the email a "Do Not Delete" portion that will have info about your game and device.

    You will get an automated reply, letting you know your ticket has been received, then a tech support will get back with you.

    Please PM myself or another mod from the link below if you don't get the automatic reply, or if you aren't helped within a reasonable amount of time.
