How does the clan join algorithm work? I struggled to get members for a few days and was at around 15 members with my clan being invite only. I went on global and asked if anyone wanted a war clan.
Today I decided to set my clan to anyone can join. Went on global and said hi once. Clan filled up to 50 members in 2 minutes. I'm pretty sure not everyone came from the one global. How did so many people join?

Probably the anyone can join just attracted a different and larger demographic of players.

Thanks. It works pretty well. Most of the bad ones are gone within an hour after requesting dragons when they can't even hold enough space. But yeah you just wait a few days and kick the bad ones and let others join.

Best advice, build your clan slowly, add 1-2 players (good/active) per week, let everyone get a chance to gel. Otherwise you'll lose good players because your clan will spiral out of control with the influx of trolls. If you added 35 players in 2 days, very likely 90% of them are trolls and you don't want them in your clan.
