My advice is upgrade all troops if you love war..
It took me about 2-3 months, I know of people who completed lavas in 3-4 weeks in my clan. Normally i try to hit 4-6 lavas per day while boosting my barracks farming mainly in S1-G3Nice, how long did it take? Did you do some exact amount a day?

Not often you see someone upgrade their walls but neglect the rest of their buildings, haha. Gratz though! I'll never have 250 lavas
