I noticed eddard stark player has no inferno tower currently yet there is video evidence in the last clan war he has two inferno towers??

well.. if you are in process of building inferno towers on your regular base, then you are allowed to use then in Clan Wars

no his infernos are not in the process of being built

A lot of people do this for war. They start their infernos after they get a matchup which makes them available for war, but then cancel the infernos before they are completed and then do it again for the next war. It is gaming the system in a very expensive way.

So what? This is evidence of nothing. He probably built them after the matchup and then cancelled them after prep day so that his clan would match up to an easier clan. We had this happen in our previous war by the opponent.

if he really wants to waste 5 million and getting 2.5 million back when he cancels.. meaning he is guaranteed to lose 1.5 million each war...

then... i think the system is abusing him.. not him abusing the system

Thats true. I have someone fight me and he did the same thing. He was only gaining .5 million, but losing 6 million.

Everyone is gaming clan wars in some way or another, whether it be by building defenses and canceling them, Being a Th x.5, loading your clan with low level players before searching, etc. Clan war engineering is real and just a part of the game now....
