These TH8 requirements is too basic. You're only gonna get new and weak TH8s. Make the requirements stricter.

Hey ryzliqmn, thanks for checking out goham gaming. Currently, Goham Gaming consists of mostly max th8's and new th9's, so new TH8's are exactly what we look for. We like members to grow with us and learn from our experienced players. All of the experienced members at goham gaming use 3 star attacks in war, so teaching those attacks to a new th8 will have less of an influence on the outcome of the war. Early th 8's will mostly be using dragloon, so we do require them to have lvl 3 dragons. Eventually we will push them to max their hogs, to bring some serious versatility into war. Also, remember that numbers are just numbers. We look for a mature audience who is motivated to learn and grow with us in Goham Gaming. We like to give those members a chance who have not been in a pure war clan and their numbers just aren't quite developed yet. If these members are easy to talk to, work well with the clan, and are highly motivated to learn strong attacks in war, then they should make a great asset to Goham Gaming down the road.
