Try uninstalling google play services and revert to factory installed. It worked for me. However, your other programs may not work.

Had this problem with my phone too... S6 Edge. Don't have this problem with my tablets tho so it might device specific.

Hello,
I have read some posts from this thread: http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...s-error/page13

and found that:
-this problem is not caused by clash, it's related to google play services.
-many people fixed this problem either by 'uninstalling updates' for google play services OR by installing an older version for Google Play Services. Follow any of the solutions in that thread at your own risk.

The issue is not limited to Clash, seems to be related to the Google Play Services update that happened recently. On our side we could not find anything, at least not yet.

This problem started half an hour ago. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. the same thing happen. no changes.

Hi supercell, this started happening to me this morning on my cell.
it states: No account on this device can access the Games APIs.
Please help.

Hey,

Make sure that you have the latest version of GooglePlay/Google Services installed, maybe they did some changes on their end and that's why we're seeing this error message again
