The devil's rest farming clan - recruiting for warring & non warring members

The Devils Rest is predominantly a farming clan where members are dedicated to the mantra of maxing their village at a certain TH level BEFORE moving up to the next TH level and , until the recent rule/update changes, we had never considered going to war.
However we are now looking to take advantage of the new opt in/opt out war policy so that those members wishing to war can do so without having to leave the farm while those wishing to farm without warring can carry on as normal.
We are therefore looking to recruit new blood to our clan to help fulfil this desire to have both warring and non warring members, we are not fussy in terms of ability as we offer plenty of advice to help bring you along if that is what is required, all we ask is that you are active and you donate at least what you ask for.
So if you’re looking for a fresh start, looking to war every week, never, occasionally, looking for help to sort out your village, you can get your particular option sorted right here with us!
No pressure to war, just donate, be active have fun!

Requirements:1/Patience! Lots of it! If your base is a mess it may take time to rectify!
2/ Be able to take constructive advice for what it is: Friendly Advice!
3/ English speakers only please, as a first or strong second language.
4/ Players must be 15+
5/ TH3 to TH9 players (All ABILITIES NO MATTER what the state of your village)
6/ Only 200 trophies required to join

Rules:
Players must be friendly, active and keep the swearing down to an acceptable minimum.
Donate an equal amount to what you receive as best as possible
Donation default is archers: They are cheap (so don't be tight)!
Better troops are on offer from stronger players to high donators e.g.lv6 Giants lv5 wizards, lv4 hogs , lv2 Pekka lv2 Valkyrie etc. don't ask outside of war, however they will be slipped in now and again.
