Everyone who has 2 level less than max of most defenses, units and walls and upgrade to their townhall then they are rushers. But you know we need rushers for fun while searching or attacking

No, it's rushing. There are not differing degrees of maxing, maxing means you max. If you don't upgrade everything, you're either rushed or premie.

Or you're adequetly upgraded enough to sustain above average gameplay. In other words, your base is near max and you're strong enough to withstand attacks from similar THs.

I always upgrade my townhall when I have a few upgrades left in the townhall. I make sure that by the time my townhall is finished upgrading, that the other upgrades will also be complete. This ensures minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
I set my own standards when it comes to rushing. For a th9 going to th10, I believe anything less than all level 9 walls, level 20 hero's and max everything else is not rushing. Anything less and it is. For a th8 going on 9 I believe everything should be maxed. Hero's, walls, buildings... everything. No exuse as th8 is easy.

Lol this thread reminds me of when I maxed all my defense buildings (cannons, a towers, teslas, mortar, wizard towers and xbows) for th 9 including all collectors and pumps. I was on global making a friendly convo with a friendly guy and then I get bombarded with th 8 players say "Shut up John your a rusher"... Btw I only had walls and heroes left to max including some de troop upgrades in lab. Everything else was fully 100% max... ♥♥♥♥

To me, upgrading anytime but with a completely maxed base is rushing. However, it is often economical, (especially for TH7/8's) to upgrade before this point. Focusing only on walls wastes a lot of builder time that could ultimately be better spent on the new upgrades unlocked after the TH upgrade. Personally, I am maxing everything but walls and heroes for TH9 only because I really rushed the upgrade in the first place. (Think: Level four walls. I'm working on legos now. That's how much of a pain in the butt rushing can be.)

just play the game like u want, rushed or maxing out.

Its personal preferance, I'd like to max out everything be4 moving on.

But also, people maxing out are tending to get accepted earlier in clans then rushed bases. At least the main reason in our clan people are not accepted in our clan is because they are rushed.

I'm lvl 87, but almost maxed out TH8.

Some lvl 97 guy wants to join, but he's a rushed TH9/10, he wont get accepted just because he's rushed.

    Maxing out FTW

For me every TH without maxed walls/defenses/heroes for the previous level is rushed.

    Simple as that

    Town Hall: 11|Level:175|Status: Farming|75/75 marbles|AQ: 45 BK: 45 GW: 20|
    Town Hall: 8|Level:74|Status: Farming|225/225 skulls|AQ: NA BK: 10 GW: NA|

    Trophy Record: 5168|Centum Nexus Legend

    Applying for Centum?

We have at least 2 definition for rushers:
1- noob rusher: upgrade TH whenever have the gold. They dont have any plan what they do
2- wise rusher: they have a plan for rushing. I rushed to TH9 but with max offense and max walls (200 lvl8 walls, BK10, BAM max, golem 2).

A wise rusher will max lvl11 walls and lvl40 heroes way before a maxer.

IMO in any TH you can rush whenever you max your walls, heroes and farming/war troops and elixir upgrades. dont waste resources on doing defenses when you can dump gold/elixir on walls and dark on heroes.

IMO a sleeping builder is acceptable but full elixir/gold/de storages is worst situation.
