If there was an extra five minute shield after closing the game. Help or Hurt the gam

I cant even count how many times I've gotten offline and gotten on 1 minute later and have been under attack. A few times i lost connection then when I got back online I was under attack. Or if i get up to do something for like five minute and come back and I'm under attack. This could not in anyway be abused or exploited. This could be a resource for anyone who loses connection. It wouldn't be an actual shield. it would still say no shield, it would just be something that activates when you close the app. If you get kicked off for being online for too long, the shield just wouldn't activate. You dont actually get a shield you just cant get attacked for five minutes after getting offline. Therefore you cant exploit it by building up shields.

Would this break the game?

How could this be exploited?(it cant, to my knowledge)

For every time you're raided in that period, someone else benefits (the attacker). You're just reducing the number (and/or quality) of raids... that's bad.

How about a shield for doing a successful attack. One star = 5 min shield, two stars = 10 min shield, three stars = 20 min shield. Only applies when attacking same level TH or higher.

If you two star someone in champions leagie that's a shield long enough to make it through a force break... meaning they theoretically would never have to go on defense.
