I'm trying to figure out how to keep this guy from joining my clan. Right now the clan type is closed, the trophy limit is above his (he's 1256 and the limit is 1300), and we kick him out and nearly immediately he is back.
The player name is insertnamehere and the clan is Sacred Sanctum.
Try demoting all your cos and elders and see if the problem persists.

Yes sounds like a co or elder keeps reinviting him. Do as listed above and problem solved.
