Resource upgrading Infernos and Xbows

At this point all of my Purple elixer is going towards my walls. I will not have any more than 1M purp at any given time until my walls are done with L9. That's in about 200M purple elixer to come and will be a long time before I get caught with much elixer to take. Since elixer is used to load xbows and infernos, why not use that to upgrade them as well?
What if we could
-Upgrade the infernos with Dark Elixer
-Upgrade the Xbows with Purple Elixer
This will at least give some people a reason to stack up that purple for farming!
We could choose to spend gold or the appropriate elixer.?
inferno towers
L1-5M gold or 50K DE
L2-7M gold or 100K DE
L3-8M gold or 150K DE

Xbows
L1-3M gold or 3M purp
L2-5M gold or 5M purp
L3-7M gold or 7M purp
L4-8M gold or 8M purp

well if the game is trade game ya, sure, but i think need to respect to gold, elixir and dark elixir things, gold for builds, elixir the troops drink and dark elixir for dark troops

that wall things was a exception, i got walls level 8 and when i dont use my elixir i put on walls with arena and some rocks and make the walls lvl 9
