i only would like to get the option to start new clan war search 1 hour before the existing war ends.

That`s an excellent idea. you should post a thread proposing that. it takes too much time to search. I agree with you its not very frequent to finish attacks early but if it is needed everybody would finish the attacks in 8 hours max.

Very unfair to a lot of international clan who will need 24 hours to complete all attack whereas the localized one are allowed to finish war under 24 hours and start another one soon after for clan exp...

THe OP was saying that when both clans use up all of their atts and there is still time left on the war clock - why isn't the war automatically ended? No one else can att as there are no atts left on either side. So in a 20v20 war, when both sides use all 40 atts, and there is still 11 hours left of war - why do we have to sit there and stare at the countdown when it's over?
