Does Supercell Care About It's Consumers?

Well, we face a clan that use offensive language. I reported them. SC ANSWERED, and said that they had action about it. But I don't see ANY changes. It's still there, and nobody in their clan get banned.

So...

I wonder when it was that ppl think they have a right to not get offended?

Just curious. I just couldn't imagine trying to control someone's speech because I was properly parented to realize the world doesn't revolve around me and other ppl think differently than me. It's like the ppl who want a TV show canceled because they are offered by it. Instead of changing the channel they have to ruin it for everyone.

At the end of the day SC cares about making money just like every other business... but unlike some other ("greedier"They're certaintly not perfect in any of the instances I've mentioned, but I think they're still better than many of the alternatives.

A company that even remotely cares about its consumers doesn't lie and steal from them. One example out of many: hero nerf. They say they do extensive testing. Lie. The released hereos and then added levels and abilities making them "too OP" which was bull. They do this knowing ppl would gem and spend time on them. Then the lie again and take away health and power and try to tell us it's a buff?!? Please.

It was a slap in the face to every single one of us.

But, correct me if I am wrong, didn't they refund people who had gemmed their heroes?

Not by choice. Apple did it. Google refused ppl. In fact I think sc had some explaining to do to Apple.

I'll have a discussion with you, but if you don't agree that the hero nerf positively affected defense then its clear you have your own narrative you want to push and discussion is going to be a waste of time.

Why would they change anything if they kept making money? Would be bad for business.
