Absolutely. The current warning makes little sense to someone who doesn't already have an in-depth knowledge of the game and loot system. In fact, I'd wager many players in the game still don't understand the exact loot calculations on offense and defense.Originally Posted by lolnopound

Well, we face a clan that use offensive language. I reported them. SC ANSWERED, and said that they had action about it. But I don't see ANY changes. It's still there, and nobody in their clan get banned.

They need customers to be a company so it's a mix of caring about their customers and caring about money. If you're asking whether they want to be friends, no. They do want happy customers, great reviews and a sense of fairness. It is true they don't handle banning very well and they don't understand how rude it is to decide a name is vulgar and just change it to something personally offensive to the member. They don't have the customer service skills needed they come from a country that doesn't understand word of mouth advertising and etc. A lot of what you think is not caring is simply a lack of knowing.
My advice is upgrade all troops if you love war..
1 and 2 are the same thing.

A company that even remotely cares about its consumers doesn't lie and steal from them. One example out of many: hero nerf. They say they do extensive testing. Lie. The released hereos and then added levels and abilities making them "too OP" which was bull. They do this knowing ppl would gem and spend time on them. Then the lie again and take away health and power and try to tell us it's a buff?!? Please.
It was a slap in the face to every single one of us.
Except for the better balanced play it provided. Having a chance to win defenses is overrated amirite?
