How to improve loot with collectors (5% uncollectable loot)
Basically 5% of your collectors maximum capacity is not collectable.
for example
Level 12 collector with a maximum capacity of 200,000 resources would mean 10,000 resources are not collectable and would be available for raiders at all times. so if you have 100,000 resources in your collector you can only collect 90,000 and the remaining 10,000 will remain in the collector.
