Potential Solution to Decrease Inappropriate/Offensive Clan Descriptions

I propose the clan leader must approve any changes to the clan description before it takes effect. This would increase accountability for the clan description and decrease the likelihood of offensive or inappropriate clan descriptions because it would be known the leader approved the description; the leader would then bear any punishment or ban. For feasibility, there may have to be a delay for when the description can be edited again or limit the number of edits per day.

Additionally, this would remove the need for blanket bans of the leader and co-leaders in clans with inappropriate descriptions. Although leaders and co-leaders should be more vigilant about their clan, it is difficult to do so in practice since many members may not only be from different nations, but different continents as well.

This idea arose since I have seen multiple threads by people confused about being banned for an inappropriate or offensive clan description. The ban arises because these individuals are leaders or co-leaders in a clan where the leader or fellow co-leaders find humor in offensive or inappropriate comments. I do not condone or approve of people acting or speaking in such a manner, however, I believe this is a solution to an issue others have brought up. I welcome any suggestions or comments on how to improve this idea. Thank you.

I see no problem with that solution --- if your leader goes missing, it's no great hardship being stuck with the current description....
