Should Fresh Spawn be able to start threads?

I keep seeing threads that consistently contain ruled out ideas, and MANY of them are by new members.
It is true though, that some good ideas come from people that just joined, but if you think about, if you have a higher post count, you (8 times out of 10) have spent more time on the forums, and (hopefully) have read the stickies. This would more than likely decrease spam threads.

This has been sugested many times before by many concerned forumers on IFR.

    Here's my version.

On the thread, we talked about having 10 post limit, some pop-ups for stickies, and a time requirement.

Most people on the forums don't really have good ideas, or know the rules until they have posted around 50-75 times. I mean sometimes there is someone with a good idea, and he joins JUST to post it.

Now I have to say New Spawn have more good ideas than you give them credit for. They just don't know how to write them effectively and they don't always pick their best ideas to post.

Just cause they are new... Just joined or are young. Every one has the right to voice there oppinion and if we don't like them only one experienced person should post and explain it. Many new ideas come from the most unexpected places and we should respect but chose what we like and live our lives as we do. Unless they are really bad choices and hurt other people.

But I highly doubt we can hurt each other here on clash, except our bases. So clash on and live the life.

This would kinda ruin the point of the "New to Clash" section.

Probably. I mean a new Forumer (uh..... What do we call them?) probably won't have as much experience with the game. So they shouldn't be able to post here, or in bugs/glitches sub-forums because they probably won't know any.
