For clans that want to go back-to-back wars for a while, a clan war tournament would be a good idea. There could be an 8-clan bracket with clans all within the same skill level. Single elimination, winning clan moves on to the next round until there is a winner. The leader of your clan (or a co-leader) will start the tournament search. Depending on how good your clan does in the tournament, you'll get large amounts of bonus loot. The wars would be the same as a normal war: 24 hour preparation day, then a 24 hour battle day. Clan castles open to troop donation during preparation day.
A drawback I see to this is the amount of time it would take to find 8 clans with the same amount of members all within the same skill level. But then if your clan is active enough to be in 3 back-to-back wars if necessary, taking an hour or two to find matches should'nt be a problem.
A clan in a tournament needs to have the same members in the wars the whole tourney. For example, a clan can't make it to the championship, then have a great town hall 10 join to take part in it. The members chosen by the leader in the beginning of the tourney need to be the same throughout the whole thing.
