we had an issue today. A player wanted to join our clan but he was swearing to all clan members. Therefore, we took the picture of the screen and posted to tech suport in Turkey. However, instead of the applicant, one of clan members banned from the game. We opened another thread telling the situation but this time we are ignored and our thread is not closed for more than 12 hours. How we can complain about tech support team? How this situation will be corrected? What happens next time if we complain/report about a player swearing? We are dissapointed and lost our confidence on you guys.
Might have banned both the applicant and your member. Your member must've done something too (maybe he was arguing with the applicant). Why didn't you just kick the applicant and get on with CoCing?
