Is your COC account linked to gamecenter?
If your village is higher than TH4 or you've purchased gems, you may be out of luck. Android devices are locked into Google Play and iOS devices are locked into GameCentre after that point.

You cannot, What level was your TH? only other option is to start a village on android and go through support to recover a lost village. what said before still stands though.
Ok, all you have to do is find a friend/relative that has an IOS device, download COC and log into it with your gamecenter account. Then go to settings and use the "link a device" process to link to your new device.
Remember to override your gamecenter account on your friend's/relative's device when you finish or else your account will be available on that device.

Oh yeah, you will need a google play account too (on your new device).
