AQ, farming troops, new troops, drills, BK, war troops, defenses & walls, in that order. I put walls and defenses together because they are basically equal priority. When you get to that stage, I recommend dumping as much gold into walls as you can before starting the defense upgrade.

I would do Spell Factory, 1 x-bow and then use your last builder for all the new buildings that start out rather quick - the archer tower, air defense and wizard tower. Because the Lab, Spell factory and X-bows will all take a while. Maybe use your full storages to build up the new walls.
AQ, Lab, Spell Factory, Army Camps. Basically the "offensive" buildings, helps you the most for raiding. Build xbows pretty early too. After that, I think it's personal preference.

I just upgraded to TH9. So far Ive done AQ, straight into 2 Xbows, quickly done archer tower, gold and elixir storages and wizard tower. Then onto spell factory and lab. Moving onto war camps next.
