    Perks not really & advantage for them if they're maxed. 90% of the perks benefit players thats not maxed. Other than more war loot & refunds & less req. time thats their only benefit which doesnt change war for them. If anything perks encourage more clans to let lower lvl players in they clan because that lvl.3 troop donation turns into a lvl 5 automatically.

    They could make it so that clan experience is only given for raiding at a certain league or higher. For example, to earn clan experience for raiding as a TH8 you have to be in Crystal 3 or above. I spent all of TH8 in Crystal 3 so I know it is totally doable, but many TH8's spend time in gold league.

    This could actually be a good change. I would like to see more players in higher leagues. If more people spent more time in Crystal 3 and above there would be more loot in the game because more league bonuses would be earned.

    The name of the game:

    After all, the name of the game is "clash of clans." I voted no because of said reason. We should be encouraged to gain xp by "clashing" against other clans. I think we would see a lot more high lvl clans rather quickly if SC entertained this option.

    This is my thoughts exactly! Oh and you have an opt out button now if a member does not want to war flick that button the clan moves on still

    I agree.

    I also suggest that warring clans should get more XP than farming clans in the long run. But you should be able to get exp without warring as well.

    No. War needs motivation. From donating castles, fielding huge army, cooking spells and building war bases, all that extra works require extra incentive, bonus. Until this clan perks update, there was no such incentive. War win was mere number and extra stars only gave small amount of gems. There is no thing that you can get only by war.

    But now, such thing exist. There is motivation. There is reason for war, as it should be.

    Giving clan level and perks without war will devolve the clans into farming-as-usual. Which means there was no meaningful update since 2013.

    This isn't a good idea. There are top players that have max bases and nothing to gem or use becides spells. What would happen is that they would request for troops remove them gem the request button and get lots of exp. This is very easy to exploit imo and is the main reason why this doesn't already exist

    I agree with you, some people just want to play casually, it may be harder for them to level up their bases because of that, but I still feel playing freely should be an option which still allows for levelling up our clans, maybe through the longer the members stay in a clan the more exp? It shows loyalty in a clan, so maybe 1-5 exp per player every season on a ramp up basis?

    If normal matchmaking queues are affected by clan perks such as donation refunds and donation request time, and donation limits increased, ONLY by clan wars, then the entire League system is now a failure.

    Wars already gave enough to those clans having the bonus war loot, that could be used to upgrade bases, but the other perks just corrupt the entire normal matchmaking queue.

    Either something should be added so that non-warring clans can get these perks, or normal matchmaking should be removed from the game and make it only about clan wars.

    The farming clan I'm in finally did their first war because we basically have to now. I personally opt out of wars now because I don't like them and my heroes are upgrading. But I'd like to see other ways of upgrading clans because not every clan is a war clan, even though the majority are.
