I think that there should be an option to start war and leave war because sometimes in your clan people join and want to be in war however you have started war a long time ago and they leave because of that.

This is not even a problem that needs fixing. You should tell anyone that joins to wait through one full war before you let them into one. Those that cannot are hoppers and you are better off to be rid of them quickly so let them go.
If everything angers you then you will spend your entire life being angry.
If everything pains you then you will spend your entire life in pain.
