This is commonly suggested. This is exploitable. People can copy someone's base in war or on your revenge list, and keep attacking until they can't get anything but 3 stars. It could almost be like ghosting.
I'm using the old rolleyes emoji. I'm happy they added more but... I will always roll my eyes using the emoji that is now called "smirk"

There are already tons of threads just like this and I am very surprised it is not ruled out in the sticky. Regardless, this will never be added to the game because it's very exploitable. There are ways to do it right now but I will not tell you and it's likely against the rules to speak of such things on here.
