New Ways to Earn Clan XP!

With the recent addition of clan lvl and xp I had a few ideas. Currently the only way to earn clan xp is via clan wars. We all know however that clans are so much more than just wars. We have chat activity, donations, sharing replays, filling up our clan to 50 members and just having fun. So I came up with a few additional ideas on how to earn clan xp.

    1. Donations. One of the main reasons to join a clan is to get cc troops. My idea is that clans have a running total of # of troops donated in the clan per season. For every 1000 troops they donate the clan earns 10xp. The cap is at 10 000 and resets every season. Clans will get their clan XP for donations after the season ends. This is up for debate so feedback below is welcomed.

    2. Member count: Growing bigger as a clan and increasing the member count is important to many clans. With this idea at the end of a season clans earn one XP for every member in the clan when the season ends. It could be changed so that its rounded up/down to the nearest fifth but that is up for debate.

    3. You decide. If you have any feedback on these ideas or new ways to earn clan XP reply below.

I agree with the idea of rewarding donations. However, it shouldn't be for the clan overall. It should be per person. I would rather reward a clan that has 50 people donate 200 troops each (10k), than a clan with 5 people that donate 2,000 troops each (same 10k). I would say 5 XP per person per season is pretty fair. Even if all 50 donate the cap, that's only 250 experience. That's on par with winning one extra war per season, hardly unfair, especially since it represents a pretty solid achievement.

So I would say 1 xp per 200 troops, capped at 5 xp (for 1k troops). The cap is per person, so a clan with 50 people could earn 250 xp per season if everyone donates 1k troops.

Edit: if you think 1k donations per season is too easy (I don't, but my clan isn't very active), make it 1 xp per 400 troops donated. That would cap at 2k troops per person, or 100k troops per season for a clan of 50.
