Ice wizards (dark troop)

There should be a dark troop that is similar to the wizard, except it shoots ice instead of fire. Its attacks would have the same effect as the ice spell (freezing defenses), except it's single target (sot it can only freeze one clan castle troop at a time) and goes for defenses. It would do little or no damage, because its main use would be to stop defenses. It would have low health so as to not make it op. You can upgrade it to freeze for longer, have more health, and possibly do damage. I don't know what a reasonable cost would be.
Edit; more exact stats:
Same speed as wizard (16). 500-750 DE to train. 8-10 housing space. 0-10 damage. Lvl one freezes for +- 1.5 sec, attack speed 1.5 sec (re freezes right as things thaw). 50 hit points. 3 tile range. (All of this is very similar to normal wizards).

Good idea, but this is basically a wizard. Maybe an upgrade for the wiz.

It would do little or no damage. An upgrade that removes most or all damage?
