so my clan started a 15on 15 war and we have 9 th9s, 3 th8s, 2 th7s, and 1 th6.
we get matched up with a clan that has 6 th10s, 5 of which have infernos, 4 th9s, 4 th8s, and 1 th6.
just wondering how this can happen, cause i thought matchups were mostly based on xbows and infernos and town hall level...
reply if you have any ideas or know anything about matchups cause i dont know haha

It's pretty tiresome to see people whine here all day about mismatches when if you actually pay attention to the game you'll know if you don't have any/minimal rushed th and have 95% participation with a little strategy you're gonna smash the other clan. These people whining on here are probably the clans full of rushed th getting rolled by 30-40 stars every war wanting to blame the matchmaking instead of questioning the clans skill instead.

I recommend reading the "Clan wars FAQ" thread at the top to see how clans are matched for war. People are too quick to use TH level as the matching benchmark and forget all the other factors that go into the match.
Personally, id say the match is in your favour unless all those opposition TH 10's are maxed or well developed

War mismatches do exist over the course of finding opponents which it appears you have found.
I have personally found that if you restart you clan war search after 5 minutes of not finding an opponent will help make wars a little fairer if you don't have rushed bases
Make sure your Town Hall 9s have maxed defences from Town Hall 8. Its also good to work on walls as these have low variable factor on wars as has I've found your hero levels.
Don't give up on the war.
