Alright, since the new update I have decided to post my ideas for other clan level bonuses. If you comment here with a new bonus that is appropriate and is not just thrown at this post I will happily add it to the post! Alright, without further ideas I present to you, new clan perks.
When you click on the "Clan Perks" button it displays the current xp level you have reached. This is where you may select which boost to activate.
Loot Bonus - This is a bonus added to the final amount of loot that was looted. Percentage increase is a follows:
5%, 10%, and finally, 15%.
This could be chosen by the leader for which resources looted becomes boosted. Level 3, 6, and 9 all grant the 3 different tiers that they are unlocked with their respective percentages. The leader can choose wether the boost applies to Gold or Elixer. The boosts DO NOT STACK. You gain the ability by the highest percentage and you can only have 1 resource at a time. When a new level is unlocked the previous levels are permanently disabled.

Reload Boost- This boost applies to all reloadable items.
6, 12, and finally, 18 hours.
The leader can choose when they want it activated. When activated it will last for the respective 3 time limits. When activated there is a 1-week cooldown. For the period of time, all xbows, inferno towers, and traps will be instantly reloaded after each and every raid. Every level has a one-week cooldown, and when activated the boost applies to the highest level unlocked. This bonus is unlocked at level 2, 5, and 8. When a new level is unlocked the previous levels are permanently disabled.

Troop Time Boost- This boost applies to troops boosting.
10, 15, and finally, 20%.
The Leader can select when to activate this one. When activated it will boost EITHER both Dark Barracks or 2/4 Regular barracks. When activated the boosts will affect every single players barracks for a total of 6 hours. The barracks will be boosted by the highest level unlocked for the 6 hour time period. This boost will be unlocked at level 4, 7, and 10. After using it will enter a 10-Day cooldown. When a new level is unlocked the previous levels are permanently disabled.

Hero Time Boost- This Boost applies to hero boosts.
15% and 30%
The leader can select when to activate this one. When activated it will boost either the Barbarian King or the Archer Queen by its respective boost levels. When activated the boost will last for 4 hours, after which there is a 7 Day cooldown. This boost being one of the best will be unlocked at level 8 and 10. When a new level is unlocked the previous levels are permanently disabled.

I would like to propose that your TF loses 100 xp per week. This would mean that in order to maintain your boost levels you need to war often and or win wars often.
