If they used clan lvl for matching in the future, wouldn't it be nice if one of the perks was reduced prep day time :-)

No just no... Could mean a level 10 th5 clan against a level 10 maxed th10 clan.
Prep day is because some people are busy or live in a different time zone and cannot attack
