Obviously such messages are fake and would never ever be sent by a "normal" forum member not being a mod or staff.

That being said also remember that SC employees would never ever ask for your passwords and login in credentials to GC, Google+ or your forum account etc.

Third if you get such a PM report it to us but please do a quick check and click on the users forum name. If you see "banned" under their name you can assume that person was already reported and dealt with so it would not need to be reported again. Saves us and yourself lots of duplicate reports.
