Handy tool for leaders to see who is a team player. (With a picture. Yay!)

Lots of the time, we see people asking why war donations do not count in friends in need, and why there is no achievement and xp for them?
The answer: Because it could be easily abused.

    Example:
Person A: War request says "free xp".
Person B: Spams giants into the war CC.
Person A: Deletes giants and says in clan chat, "castle empty".
    Person B: Spams giants again.

As you can see this could go on forever. And people could level up very quickly.

We also see people complaining that other members dont donate, and that is a fair enough complaint.
So, I thought of an incentive for people to donate, that also ties in with the new clan perks.
Pits essentially a little counter underneath each person name on the war map that says what they have donated. A handy little tool for leaders to see who the REAL team players are. Also, a little reward for donating is clan xp. If every member donates, the clan gets a little bonus. (Not much, just enough to entice people.)

It would look something like this:

Let me know what you think below.

    P.S.

I do think it's needed to know who is doing their part and who is messing with war castle so we can help stop it and make it better. Any clan who doesn't need this feature, congratulations, you are in a well organized clan, now please let some new clan struggling with recruiting member and keeping the clan organized have a way to improve theirs.

To avoid abuse mentioned by Gremlin, if troops are dismissed, then they could be deducted from the count .

Edit: when member A dismisses troops donated by member B, member B can donate again. It means somehow the troops are related to member B and the limit of 5 troops is in real time. Now let's have a number we all can see

I don't think there is a need to give out extra clan exp points for donations. The way I see it, donations are a means to an end, not an end by itself. Besides, it's a team game so not everyone has to donate (especially the lower level players when there are also higher level donators available).

    just my 2 Cents

    Fair enough.

The reason i made it such a small amount of 10xp, is because clans would get everyone to donate 1 archer, and then delete it. It would just be good as an incentive for players to be active in prep day. But I totally see what you're saying.

Maybe 50% of players to donated for half of the xp?

well i would think the reason you dont get exp or friends in need for them is the fact that clan wars were implemented after the friends in need achievement, oddly you were not allowed to remove troops in the beginning of clan war, yet we got less giants in clan castles back then, odd isnt it. but yes if they were able to get exp for it now they would just abuse it, and i'm pretty sure if a perk was added someone would find a way to abuse it

i think you should be refunded for any troops you put in war clan castles, that way only the best troops would go in there and war would be more interesting

How about counting the XP at the end of prep day? That way we don't get the "everyone donates 1 archer which is deleted" scenario.
