If you defeat a Town hall and the defenders clan castle troops don't come out to defend you can have pick of their troops to fill your own castle with as a prisoner of war.

So you can get an influx of infinite cc troops by just sniping town halls?

Is a great idea, it will get your clan castle full when your in a clan with members that don't donate. You don't get to take all their cc troops, just get the pick of the litter. And it will encourage players to protect their town hall instead of farming all the time.
Firstly find a clan that donates. Secondly if the idea where you get your troops that aren't killed returned to your army camp is ruled out then I'm certain that this will not be allowed either.

Bad idea. People have filled CC in farming bases to protect their loot. You wana snipe their TH and take their CC troopsbad idea imo
