For being the second highest de troop, witches are way underpowered. With the recent upgrade to archer towers and the new lvl 13 cannon, they are just not cost effective. They need to spawn skeletons at a faster rate and maybe a little boost to her projectile attack. Witches are easily the troop in most need of tweaking.
