Could you add a "kick out" button to the chat drop down menu, when you click on a player's name (presently Profile/Visit/View Clan). May sound silly but it isn't: its a process to get to now and by the time you do, there's already filth or other ♥♥♥♥ that they spam your clan chat with. When you have rapid-fire joining, it can be tough to manage.
This couldn't be a hard fix, I'd think.
