Small war clan "Elysium" recruiting high level players

We're a new clan of mostly friends, but looking to expand our horizons. I'm TH9, looking for trustable, HIGH LEVEL, clanmates to help me manage and donate for the clan. (Carrying donations has been stressful) Wars are back to back. Average stars for a war is 27-28, been getting very close to perfect wars.
