How do i have final control of who's in or out of a clan war as a leader?

Forgive me gents im new to the forums but i wanted to find out if im just missing something on this update. Im a leader and am trying to figure out how i can control who's in or out of a war. I see how each member can go in and say they are in or out but how do i have the final say as the leader? Again forgive me if this has been posted elsewhere.

I believe when you press start war it bring up a menu that says what everyone selected.

someone can correct me if Im wrong, but the way I understand it, once you start a war it will give you the option to place people in or out.

I think, from what I understand, when a war is starting, instead of immediately searching, the leader (or co-leader) gets a list of clanmates and has final say on who will participate or not.

The player that starts the war search has ultimate control of who participates.

Like ike i said in the first post, forgive me if this had been posted elsewhere im new to the forums. Now i know i can " look at stickies at the top" but thank you i guess.

Sorry, my comment wasn't directed solely at you. From posts here and in other threads, you aren't the only one who didn't read the sticky. I posted the link to the sticky, so you can have your question answered clearly and accurately.
