Clash of Clans Account

Hallo zusammen,

Ich benötige ein wenig Hilfe von euch. Auf meinem Laptop habe ich eine Tablet App worauf ich Clash of Clans Installiert habe. Desweiteren habe ich Clash of Clans, in dem Sinne den gleichen Account, auch auf meinem iPhone (IOS). Eingeloggt bin ich dort über Game Center und auf dem Tablet gar nicht mehr.


Problem: Ich werde ständig aus dem Spiel gekickt, stelle Veränderungen im Spiel selber fest. Meine Google+ sowie Game Center bzw. Apple ID funktionieren nicht mehr, laut Info hat sich dort jemand unbefugt an meinen Account zu schaffen gemacht. Was kann ich nun tun? Wie kann ich mein Account sichern? Vom Support habe ich bisher keine Nachricht erhalten auf meiner Nachfrage. Sonst sind leider 7 Monate für die Katz ...

Ich nehme mal an du hast passwörter etc schon gewechselt.
Dann am besten an supercell emailen und deine zahlungs belege beifügen und Dann geduldig warten. Die werden dir antworten und dein Konto wieder erstellen.

Danke für diese Antwort. Kontakt zu SC besteht schon seid längerem, Zahlungsbelege habe ich überhaupt keine da ich für Virtuelle Sachen kein Geld ausgebe. Ich weiß bisher nur das mein Google Konto im Besitz eines "Türken" ist. Aktuell komme ich ja noch drauf auf meinen Account.

Kannst du noch in dein gamecenter rein? Da würde ich ein photo machen von deinen achievements ( mit datum) als beweis .

I need a little help from you . On my laptop I have a tablet app which I 've Clash of Clans Installed. Furthermore, I have Clash of Clans , in the sense the same account on my iPhone (IOS ) . Remember , I 'm not there anymore via Game Center and on the tablet.


Problem: I am constantly being kicked out of the game, be changes in the game itself firmly . My Google+ and Game Center or Apple ID no longer work , according to information has someone there been tampered with my account. What can I do now? How can I protect my account ? Einstellungen dann Gamecenter, dort steht aber nur Mail. Wo also muss ich genau hin?
